AiOdds provides B2B sports data services, including odds feeds, sports data APIs, live scores, widgets, match statistics, and related technical services for business customers. AiOdds does not accept wagers, operate consumer betting accounts, process player deposits, or provide gambling services to end users.

2. Eligible Business Use

Our products are intended for qualified business customers such as licensed operators, sports media companies, data analytics teams, and technology providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of AiOdds data is lawful in each market where they operate, advertise, or make services available.

3. Compliance Responsibilities

Customers must obtain and maintain all licenses, approvals, registrations, and internal controls required by applicable laws, advertising rules, sports integrity rules, data protection regulations, and platform policies. AiOdds may decline, suspend, or terminate access where a requested use appears unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or inconsistent with B2B data service standards.

4. Trial Access and Commercial Terms

Free trials, sandbox keys, technical evaluations, pricing, integration support, and production access are subject to qualification and commercial agreement. Trial access may be limited by product, coverage, territory, duration, rate limits, security review, and customer use case.

5. Data and Intellectual Property

AiOdds and its licensors retain all rights in the data feeds, APIs, documentation, interfaces, trademarks, technology, and related materials made available through AiOdds services. Customers may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, sublicense, or redistribute AiOdds materials except as permitted in a written agreement.

6. Service Availability

AiOdds designs its services for stable business use, but sports data depends on third-party sources, event conditions, network availability, market changes, and operational factors. Customers should maintain appropriate monitoring, backup, risk controls, and incident processes for production systems.
